Ron Jameson served with the RAF in WW2
Post war he went to Kenya for a more peaceful mission of Aerial Survey which took him to all parts of Africa.
His great love was for Kenya, and after the war was over, he landed back to Nairobi in the early 1950s.
There, he safaried extensively.
He married a broadcaster there.
Later in South Africa he wrote daily serials for S.A.B.C. while professionally acting for the Performing Arts Council there.
Back in the U.K., in theatre senior management, he ‘retired’ and took up writing novels.
His first was closely followed by a second.
He has taken up a mighty challenge – that of writing till he is one hundred years old.
